How to Download, Print, and Save pdf Files

 

Printing and Saving Files:
To print files (all browsers and platforms):
To print files, simply click on the desired document link. Once the .pdf page loads, go to File, then  Print or click on the printer icon.

To save document to disk:
Windows PC:
If you are viewing this page in Internet Explorer:
1. Right click the mouse button on the desired document link.
2. Select Save Target As... from the pop up menu that appears.
3. Choose a folder on your hard drive to save the .PDF document in.
4. Then click Save.

If you are viewing this page in Netscape:
1. Right click the mouse button on the desired document link.
2. Select Save Link As... from the pop up menu that appears.
3 . Choose a folder on your hard drive to save the .PDF document in.
4 . Then click Save.

Macintosh:
If you are viewing this page in Internet Explorer:
1. Click and hold down the mouse button on the desired document link.
2. Select Download link to disk from the pop up menu that appears
3. Choose a folder on your hard drive to save the .PDF document in.
4. Then click Save.

If you are viewing this page in Netscape:
1. Click and hold down the mouse button on the desired document link.
2. Select Save this link as . . . from the pop up menu that appears
3. Select a folder on your hard drive to save the .PDF document in.
4. Choose Source as the Format.
5. Then click Save.

 

Adobe Acrobat Required
To view  .pdf files, you will need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader. For best results, early versions of Acrobat should be upgraded to the newest version. See left menu for a link.
